Wes being alive is really a jump the shark moment but I don’t even care because I love Wes and was gutted when he died. Also I never 100% believed he was really dead after his body went ‘missing’ and was never explained. I have faith in the writers they’ll explain it well if he faked his death.

2020-04-05 22:29:39 +0000 UTCwhew. that midseason finale all threw us for a loop. plus we had to wait nearly 5 months after this, it's insane. my theory as to who killed Asher: my money is either on Bonnie or Wes. Mostly because everyone else has zero reason to do this. Gabriel and Nate were in favor of what Asher did (one for the truth, one for revenge), Frank, Connor, Michaela, Oliver and Annalise would just point the finger at themselves by killing him so that would be a stupid move, the Castillos would be way too obvious and Tegan was just too oblivious to it all. That leaves Bonnie or Wes. They both are ride or die for Annalise, they both are impulsive killers (meaning they don't think things through before they do illegal shit) and they are also both not too obvious. So that's my theory.

2020-04-05 20:10:24 +0000 UTCTHE WAIT BETWEEN THIS EPISODE AND EPISODE 10 WAS TORTURE MAN I SWEAR also i'm quite surprised you only gave it a 9, i thought it would be a high 9.5 in your standards but i understand 9 is also very high! undoubtedly my favourite mid-season finale with season 3. also, after rewatching the show 5 times (yes i did that), i still can't understand why so many people hate wes, he's easily one of my favourites as well (with connor being number 1 always of course). we're in for a treat with these final 5 episodes, i'm so excited yet i so don't want it to end. i hope you upload all of the uncut reactions to htgawm so i can rewatch it with you 😭 (theory: my first thought was that wes killed asher, because think about it: wes took the fall for all of them to live, yet the only other actual murderer out of the k5 group decides to turn his back on them and feed info to the fbi so they all get arrested? that would be frustrating. also, every season mystery up until s3 has always been about wes, so it would make sense and actually create a nice full circle. then i believe annalise doing it would be great, too, simply because she's always been in on everyone's murders YET never actually commited one herself. she did go to jail for it though, and at this point what has she got to lose? they all want her to fall anyway)
