EARLY UNCUT: Glee 3X13 Reaction

This episode actually aired just after Whitney Houston died so Mercedes singing her most iconic song and absolutely slaying it was sooo fitting as a send-off. Can’t wait for the next episode, it’s a big one!!

I do think he did but they never explored it before. I wish he was still at McKinley so we could have seen it built up a bit more. It was just soo random in this episode, especially since we haven’t seen him.

Also, Mercedes killed it this episode, she sang in almost every song on the episode and she was amazing. And it’s nice you’re giving a little bit of acceptance to Tina, she was one of my faves because she’s always so cute but also have a nice voice but the show did trash to her.

Max Adler is such a good actor. He’s the main reason why I feel any sympathy toward Karofsky at all. I still wish they built up his love/attraction to Kurt before this episode. It would have had more of an impact. It just came out of nowhere. I hated that it was him under the gorilla suit when I was younger, but watching this episode back, I don’t mind it much. I just wish it was developed better. I always enjoy Kurt/Karofsky scenes because the acting is top notch from both Max and Chris.

the next episode "on my way" is amazing. I also definitely understand the whole mercedes thing. She is ashamed of herself and she doesnt trust herself to not hurt him. She wants to take a good hard look at herself. having had some similar experiences i totally get her

This is one of my favorite eps. It’s in the top ten at least. It’s solid musically, but it’s more that it made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. I especially needed this ep today. “I Will Always Love You” is the best song of the ep for sure. It gave me chills from the very start. Amber (Mercedes) SLAYED IT 🤯 I also really loved Stereo Hearts and Love Shack. Both were such fun performances, especially Love Shack. Rory sang another snoozer that I can’t even remember right after watching it, but he had such a nice voice. They really did him so dirty. Joe (Teen Jesus) was another Glee Project finalist, and I liked him better than Rory. Artie’s solo was great too, even though I think dislike hm as much as you do (hate is too strong of word, since he doesn’t fill me with rage just annoyance) Mike and Tina’s duet was also good and cute, but I mostly just really like that song “L-O-V-E”.
