I think all of the season have great episodes and I have favorites in each. I don't think there are any bad episodes in this show and I have watched every episode more times then I can count, but there are some that are just meh I guess. But for overall storylines I would say my favorite seasons are definitely 3-6

2020-03-11 03:38:45 +0000 UTCI feel like nostalgia is why most people like the first season of most shows the best, but I usually prefer S2 because I feel like it’s when a lot of shows really hit their stride, the cast is gelling more with each other, you’ve gotten to know the main characters and are invested in them and the relationships that have sparked (even if the ship isn’t officially together yet). And if S1 was successful, S2 usually comes with a bigger budget, so production quality is better. 🙂

2020-03-11 01:00:09 +0000 UTCMonica wasn’t my least faves in S1, but it was so long ago that I first watched Friends that I can’t even clearly remember my first impressions of the characters, and my opinions on the characters are too colored by having seen the entire series several times over. I can’t think of Monica in terms of just S1 Monica, since she became one of my top 3 favorites over the course of the whole series.

2020-03-10 19:43:38 +0000 UTCI'd say the peak of Friends is S2-6. And then I absolutely love S8 too and also S10. For me the weakest are 1 and 7 but 1 is still very good. Monica i think is most people's least faves in S1. Love the next 2 episodes!

2020-03-10 18:01:24 +0000 UTCseason 1 has a special place in my heart for being the very first season, but i wouldn't say it's my favorite one. comparing it to other seasons it's good and has some great episodes, but friends has more to offer in the other seasons. haven't thought of exactly a favorite season, but i think i prefer seasons 3-5.

2020-03-10 17:50:11 +0000 UTCI think the show gets better and better! I have watched this show on repeat basically for years & I feel like the jokes just get funnier & the storylines get better. I used to say I liked the older seasons best (season 1-3) but I feel like Friends really doesn't disappoint with the later seasons. I always stand by this but I feel like Friends is the show that started on a high and finished on one! With other shows in the same format (sitcoms) that I have watched, it just isn't the case.
