Added 2025-04-14 06:04:21 +0000 UTCI spent most of the day messing around with TPU and I think I've got the hang of it for the most part *fingers crossed* The next question became how well does it hot glue? The answer to that question is - surprisingly well!
Most plastics are hard to glue, its why a lot of specialty glues exist, yet this stuff takes to hot glue with surprising ease. It's not perfect of course, as you need to act quickly, but once attached it seems to stay attached. Unsurprisingly is the loss in flexibilty the added fabric - and glue - adds but thats a relatively small price to pay for how light weight this is. So pending the customers approval I'll make the ears and/or horns out of tpu.
