Updated Website

Honestly, I just need to leave it alone at this point, as good will have to be good enough; otherwise, I'll be at this for all eternity. Aside from some shiny new graphics and an updated layout, I also updated all the info on the website, including completely rewriting the TOS. I'd been meaning to do that for a while, as some of the wording in the TOS was confusing.
That said I'm calling the website done and I'm going to move onto other things. Hopefully some physical suit work and not just paperwork.
