I don't really get why so many people are suprised that there is supernatural stuff .. It has been the core of the show for literally 8 seasons xD ( i actually don't remember if there was supernatural elements in Cult or if it was the only one without it but then again Cult was trash so ... xD ) Besides remember that even if they come back they're still ghosts xD They're trapped forever in the camp just like Murder house and Hotel so it's not exactly an amazing thing for them xD
