He told Ryan that he tried to audition for that song and was told no because it was a female solo. Ryan was so inspired he put it into the actual show. I really liked this episode. We got to see more depth from the show.

There are definitely more episodes like this, with more character arcs/moments and actual emotions, I hope you end up liking season one so you stick with it and see some of the really incredible moments that make people love Glee. I think if the whole show was like season one I wouldn’t have stuck with it but it just gets so much better and has actual characters and emotions, it was hard for me to not get sucked in 😂
