2019-07-23 01:32:47 +0000 UTCI totally agree that Raye Penber's death was completely awful. Not only did Light kill him, but he made him use the death note and now he will never be able to go to Heaven or Hell. Light really screwed him over really bad in his life and in his afterlife.
