Call to Action - Can't reach client

So if you know Christopher Keithley (character name Naillia) or Breanne White (character name Naga) please reach out to them and ask them to contact us! We originally messaged Christopher since they were at the top of the queue, but when they didn't respond we reached out to Breanne. But we've been emailing them every few days for about a week now and neither has responded. So we're getting to the point where we have to place their commission on hold so they don't hold up the queue.
I'm doing this call to action in hopes someone knows them and can track them down. But I'm worried that if we don't hear back from them at all that'll we'll be forced to cancel their commission and consider the slot abandoned. Which I'd hate to see happen to them after they've waited so long for their suit, but at the end of the day I can't hold up the queue indefinitely while I wait for them. So if you know them tell them to contact us!
