Yeah don’t worry, there’s no way I think season one is the best. It’s iconic for people who loved it growing up but the latter half of season 1 and later seasons are way better in my opinion. The characters become actually likeable and you root for them and there’s more emotion that feels genuine 😊

season 2 and 3 are my favorite. Santana, Puck (despite the actor...though i never base my characters off of actors, sometimes i hate my favorite actor's characters lol) and Kurt are my favorite characters. i literally never met anyone who thought season 1 was the best season...idk who these people are but they're clearly delusional...

Season 2 IS better. I think some people prefer season 1 purely because it's the first season. It has that nostalgic feel, or something. Season 3 is a fan favorite, and most people prefer it over 1 & 2. Season 4 isn't as good because most of the original kids graduate and they get new kids, while some of the original kids just disappear and only appear for a few episodes. Brittany and Santana (the other 2 cheerleaders besides Quinn) get promoted to the main cast in season 2, and they are some of the BEST characters. But yeah, it certainly does get better, so don't worry!!

It’s funny you feel this way because season 1 of glee is the only season that was critically acclaimed. It won a Golden Globe and was nominated for a bunch of Emmys. You’re entitled to your opinion, but it’s funny to see how much you aren’t into it. The characters are the best part of the show tbh. I don’t need likable characters, I like dynamic personalities and flawed human beings. If you really aren’t feeling season 1 (which is arguable the best of the whole show) I don’t think you’ll like the rest of the series. I love season 2 and 3 too, but there are still unlikeable characters and questionable choices in those seasons. You might like season 4 and on because the new characters aren’t that flawed and are more likeable than some old characters (likeable doesn’t make them better though).

Artie is the guy in the wheelchair and fun fact, the actor who plays Artie is a HUGE fan of SKAM and all of the remakes, so I mean TASTE. And the boys 100% won that competition thanks to Finn and Mike Chang and Artie

Glee season one is a weird one for me. I always thought the first half of the season was weak. But I absolutely love the second half, and it has some of my favourite episodes/scenes from the entire show. It'll be interesting to see what you guys think as the season goes on.
