Marina should stop stringing Samuel along because she clearly likes Nano more and doesn't really feel that attracted to Samuel. It´s really unfair to him. And the reason why Nadia is so judgmental is because she was raised this way. Her religion restrains her from making the "bad things" she criticizes so that´s why she feels superior to everyone who has in a way "fallen to those temptations" while she has more self control. It´s all understandable because of her upbringing and just life so far but of course her behavior is still not right at all
