Star Wars: Andor S2 Ep4 Reaction Edited

I'm so happy this was a relatively calm episode. There's so much set up, a beautiful story playing out between Bix and Andor, and it seems the Ghorman conflict is escalating rapidly. Just hope this time around we don't have to lose anyone else!

From what I can remember, I don’t think things go too well for them 😬

I’m not sure if you remember but Ghorman was mentioned in Rebels…. That’s all I’m gonna say

😂 😂 😂 I love my sweet innocent mind, I still just can’t adjust to how real this show gets and that Bix has to rely on something else to get through the night. Wow! Glad I could distract from that 🤣 🤣 I had 4 teeth pulled for braces when I was younger but glad I’ve never had to lose wisdom teeth yet! Already loving the feel of this arc and just the amount of culture that’s been given to this planet in one episode, it’s so impressive that they were able to come up with this language by making it similar to French but also different. I’m so conflicted about wanting to live here or not 🤣 The spiders are a huge no no but the architecture and the design of this place is so beautiful! You better not be implying anything by this 🤣 My sanity depends of Bix getting a happy ending after everything she’s been through, I’ve already made peace that obviously Andor kicks the bucket at the end so she’s without him which makes these beautiful, intimate and casual moments feel so powerful, but I need her to somehow live happily!!! You’re so right! I think the closest thing we saw was in Rebels when Ezra and Zeb had to get Meilooruns so this was such a nice change and shows that obviously Coruscant is more commercial than Lothal. It's so sad and so interesting that this is how they have to live life. ‘The mission is dinner’, it’s like Bix has to actually make it a mission to get Andor to go which shows how paranoid he’s gotten while also showing that at this point, his entire life is basically the Rebellion. Syril must feel like a kid in a candy store with what he’s up to on Ghorman, I actually feel quite happy for him getting to do this as this show doesn’t really paint individuals as good or bad, the only thing that makes Syril bad is that he’s with the Empire. I do wonder though how this mission will play out for him as I feel like he’ll get too involved, we basically know what’s coming for Ghorman and now I have to wonder what Syril’s reaction to that will be. Lonni really is proving why Luthen couldn’t let him go and why he was willing to let 30/50 people die, the man is invaluable! It’s so cool to see him like this where he’s actively making moves within the ISB instead of I guess, coasting, and just feeding it all back to Luthen. It’s quite incredible to watch how easily he does it all by getting two people out of tricky situations and then basically gets all their trust. 😂 I’m thinking the same thing, Luthen doesn’t like being in the dark and Dedra being off the hunt and onto something else makes Luthen uneasy. He was comfortable knowing that the most capable member of the ISB was on him and nothing else, he could handle it, but now he realises that there is something the Empire wants more than him which must shake him to his core! Also love that Lonni gave some push back against Luthen, it shows that Lonni has accepted this position now without pushback and also that Luthen is just getting desperate and may even make some mistakes and fall into what Dedra’s doing without realising. I’m so scared to see where this will go 😂 😂 I just want Luthen and Andor as far away from Ghorman as possible but it truly feels like their just accidently involving themselves into something they were never intended for. Like just imagine if Dedra ends up getting Luthen through this while not actively looking for him, it’s be such an massive win for her and such a let down for Luthen as it all came out of a mistake born from desperation.

"I hope that's just sleep medication"-Ben Oh wouldn't that be lovely 😬 such an innocent mind Ben 😅 Poor Bix 😔 Good day to watch a Reaction since I just had my 1 & only wisdom tooth removed today so nice to watch something as a distraction 😂 New Arc and a whole new feel lol, we're finally at Ghorman and despite the tragedy of what's going on it's still neat to see it all and the culture of it all, as others said very french-like lol. And it's also lovely to see the "Spiders" 🕷️ that Krennic talked up about 😬 No thank you Ghorman's been added to my "Planets I would hate to live on in Star Wars" list 🤣🤣🕷️ But it's quite nice to see Andor & Bix just being a couple this episode as I'm guessing this is just what they do between Missions, despite poor Bix still being haunted by everything, Man I hope this Woman comes out okay by the end of it all I'd hate to see her have a tragic fate. One of the most interesting details that I thought about their side of things is we actually just saw them go to a small convenient/grocery store to buy food 😂 I don't think we've ever seen something as down-to-earth as a grocery store trip in Star wars 🤣 But also they made such a big deal over it "the mission is dinner" they really gotta be careful about what they do to not be identified or anything Then Syril's side of things I was also a little confused as to what he was doing there initially but after the episode's over I've definitely got a better picture, Syril's there to "get in" with the Ghorman secret underground Rebel society and keep Dedra up to date on them & their actions and Syril himself is a good pick for being an insider anyway for reasons the other comments below pointed out so it's all a big Bonus for him in his mind lol, he's helping the Empire directly just like he always dreamed. But I don't think Syril knows the full extent or endgame of why he's really doing it because obviously Dedra is supposed to be Tight Lipped about it all as we know from Krennic's meeting, he probably think's he's there just to flush them out or something, I guess we'll have to wait and see where this will go Also nice to see Lonni making some "relationships" in the ISB like having Lunch with Heert who's running the Axis desk at the moment so that's a bonus 🥗 What's funny is Heert was Dedra's assistant last season if you remember and now seems he's been promoted to an actual supervisor and is already getting "chewed" on by Partagaz 😬 Lonni kinda "standing up" for him in that meeting room probably would've meant a lot to him so I totally get the appeal of Heert wanting a "work mate" to vent to, Poor Heert thinks he made a friend but all Lonni's really doing is fishing for intel 😅 I would feel bad for him but they are the bad guys which I have to keep reminding myself 😂 Then yeah we also see an interesting scene between Lonni & Luthen again where Luthen can't quite see why Dedra has stopped hunting him and switched to Ghorman and now is getting a little desperate and putting Pressure on Lonni to work faster and give him an answer, but Lonni knows he can't just rush things like that which he reminded Luthen himself "You always told me to wait" Oh dear I fear Dedra might actually Lure Luthen in without realizing it, she's got his attention when she's not actively trying to this time Anyways with Luthen's curiosity about Ghorman now peaked seems like Andor's off to investigate and hopefully convince them to "rebel" which is also bad because that's what Dedra wants, I guess we'll wait & see how it all goes

Hey Ben! Have you ever been to Ghorman?? So, yes! BBY 3, as you figure it out, each arc is a one-year time jump closer to Rogue One. This show is meant to end right before the first time we see Andor at The Ring of Kafrene in Rogue One, when he shoots Tivik in the back after he learns the Empire is building a planet killer. Things are getting serious now with the Ghorman stuff.. Syril is working with the Empire, which is a dream come true for him, and it seems to be going well now that he has made contact with the Ghorman front, if only they knew the real motivations :( Not even Syril knows the real motivation of the Empire. :/ We also learn about the Tarkin massacre in Ghorman. I am glad they brought storylines from Legends. So, the Tarkin massacre is canon now. Something I like about this show is the time it takes to explore the culture of each civilization to a point where we care about them. This happened with Ferrix, Aldhani, Chandrila, and now Ghorman. Once again, can't wait for the next reaction.. Let the political spy thriller begin!!!
