so late with this comment, i know, but i'm rewatching some reactions and i just want to add that everyone so downplayed max's injury. yes, kids get hurt a lot, but let me tell you that watching my two year old niece have a seizure after she fell and hit her head on our coffee table? it scared the shit out of me. head injuries are no joke, man.

2019-03-14 10:11:07 +0000 UTCI just looked at the whole new werewolf turned situation as an excuse to bring forward Maya’s past. So I feel like it was brought in to make Maya remember her own turning and for her to tell Simon about it, and that made it relevant to the story.
