I could maybe MAYBE forgive the Stalia shithole if it was so that stydia could happen, but if that was the reason, it would A) happen straight away, and B) they wouldn't be pushing Lydia and Parrish at us. There's no reason for such a rubbish end to their relationship, and that's coming from a diehard stydiot :/

honestly agreed. all couples in season 5 were a mess and didn't make sense and were handled terribly.

i like 5B. the way they connect the dread doctors with the new villain it's great. also finally we saw lydia's powers and she's so badass. after 5b she became my favourite character. 5x14 5x15 5x16 5x19 and 5x20 were gold (also sorry for my bad english, it's not my first language)😅

Stalia break up was one of the worst written thing in the all show, it just doesn't make sense the way they did it. And I didn't even shipped them that much. It can't even be explained by them wanting to have Stiles single for Stydia because then why putting all that Lydia/Parrish in the same season? I really don't get the though process behind couples in season 5 honestly.

i don't remember ANY episode of 5b...like, not one. I seriously don't remember this episode...i remember like, 3 scenes from the whole season. Which is pretty sad, cause i tend to remember shows very well. So i guess i can actually watch it with you. I don't even remember the plot. I just hated this season. Maybe rewatching it, i may like it. Sadly, that didn't happen with 5a, though. And even though I do not ship stalia AT ALL, I can agree with you on the fact that the break up was very vague and brushed over. They could've given a proper scene for it. But I think it was more Stiles subtly dumping her and Malia not wanting to push him at the moment. Stiles has distanced himself from everyone (which is understandable considering what he was going through the whole time of 5a). Plus, his dad nearly died and I don't think Malia wanted to hassle him with that going on. I obviously forget if they talk about it properly in the rest of 5b, but if they didn't, then i can admit that is shitty.

I find this show have interesting plots but can be poor when it comes to the actual execution and development of the story, like they don't know how to get from A to Z. Don't get me wrong, I love this show, but its frustrating when they dodge a good story for something cheesy/cliched. And how is it that Stiles doesn't have a concussion or worse from being knocked out twice but in Season 4 he has one from a single punch.
