Am I In Someones Freezer? Tarot Spread

Today I wanted to bring back a tarot Tuesday moment and share a spread I created to use for those of you who might be worried you might have ended up in someone’s freezer!
These conditions can feel like being iced out, shunned, unable to speak or reach the person no matter how much you try, even spiritually blocked when thinking about the person or trying to access the person's energy, burnout, avoidance, and so forth.
You can use this spread with tarot, oracle, charms, runes, playing cards, meditation, truly any way you'd like to divine on the situation you can. Make sure to cleanse your space, ground your energy and pull the cards in this order.
Card 1 -Is there negative spellwork involved in the stagnation I'm feeling currently?
Card 2- Where is the freeze showing up the strongest (love, career, money, etc)?
Card 3- Is the source intentional or accidental (jealousy vs spellwork - some people do NOT need to actually put you in a freezer to freeze you up like this I know some people with the nastiest evil eye that can do this - while the “spell” is no the same as a freezer spell it can be broken and cleansed off the same way.)
Card 4 - How long has this energy been put /attached to me?
(I like to see this because you can put your wards and other spiritual shields to the test. Maybe you felt an omen that you ignored when this started that your spirits warned you about ect.)
Card 5- What can I do right now to cut and melt this energy? ( Your spirits might want. Baneful, some might want you to just break it and move on..)
Bonus - if you want to pull a card that represents their energy if you do not know who this person is that did it.
You can add clarifying cards on top of every card if you would like to gather more information on the energy.

I have recently been made aware that someone I considered a friend, considers me some kind of competition, which hurts bc I don’t feel that way about people, especially my friends. I am my own competition, when it comes to all aspects of growth, not another person. I think the spread can definitely help me based off of this new knowledge. Blessed be!
