Another favourite episode of mine :) Troian said in an interview that the director told her to play that scene in the car (when she's putting her makeup on) as if she was about to start her first job as a prostitute, which sounds super weird but watching it back I totally see it, just vulnerability I guess. she's such a good actress!

do rag toby honestly is a whole mood lmfao the writers said that they made him look that way in the flashback bc we're seeing it from spencer's perspective and she sees him as this dodgy guy now but idek man to me it just looked so fucking funny i will never get over it

don't worry. thankfully pretty little liars is that show where characters do come back and have meaning and aren't just dropped (except some love interests? sometimes). Important characters, like wren, always make appearances later on and stuff. It's just not frequent, only when needed. And Mike isn't in season 3 cause I'm pretty sure he was filming for teen wolf during this season or something else. I think he filmed teen wolf later, which is why he isn't in other seasons sometimes either. Thankfully pll is decent enough to constantly mention him as if he was there, so that's smart. You seem to really dislike Emily, lol. Which is fine but her story was probably the most important. For once, she had a non romantic storyline which you always ask of her, but then when she does, you seem to dismiss it. And it's actually a really important. She was far more of a detective this episode than Hanna.

Toby's outfit in the flashback when he was in juvie is awesome. In a ridiculous way.
