Good afternoon moon babes! Happy Tuesday and thank you for everyone who gave feedback on yesterday's post! I will refer back to those comments for the next few tarot spread posts and work through your requests! For today’s tarot Tuesday I wanted to address the comment that asked what to ask your tarot / divination tools before casting spells and rituals. That is something I talk about daily and just realized I never showed explicitly some q’s to ask! I could make this a several series spread and just might, but for today I have a 6 card question spread with 6 clarifying oracle cards that should get you a clear picture.

As always you can use whatever divination tools or methods you'd like to divine on these questions, even simply meditating with you guides on these questions could work as well. You can pull the cards in any order you'd like its entirely up to you! Pull the cards or ask the questions in any manner you’d like! Make these questions and this spread work for you! For the purpose of the picture above I pulled the questions in order and the card on top is #1, going left to right through the rest of the cards.

CARD  1- Is this working of my highest good?

(Now depending on the spell your spirits might flat out say no, “highest good” is interesting wording but I always like to ask if its of my highest alignment. If the answer is no here that does not mean you realistically have to stop. I like to keep asking further questions to follow u.)

CARD  2 -With the way I have this ritual planed out right now, with the current elements and herbs is this going to play out the way I am aiming for it to be?

(This will show you if what you are willing to happen will manifest the way you actually want it to. They might show you the outcome is entirely separate due to something you’re currently using.)

CARD  3 -Do I need to change anything or elements of this spell / ritual

(If your spirits responded negatively to the way you planned the ritual out y ou might want to ask this particular question a few ways. I would ask for each element, I.e if there’s an herb that needs swapping, a crystal if im using them, candles, timing ect)

CARD 4 - Am I doing this out of any desperation? Is that clouding my vision or making me miss a important factor in the energy of this ritual.

CARD  5- Will I feel fulfilled once this ritual is said and done and has fully worked?

(Sometimes people might think throwing or returning negative energy, or doing certain spells will make them feel better, when in reality it might have them hyper-fixating on the situation. Wondering if the spell is working, if they did it right, if the other person is doing something to negate the work you did. This allows your spirits to show you a larger picture of how you will feel after doing it, saving you some energy if you realize its not worth it.

CARD  6 - What is an alternative to this spell that I have not thought about doing?

(Sometimes we might think one spell is perfect for a situation when really another is needed. Like lests say you think you need a road opener spell but really you need a deep cleansing and uncrossing, your spirits can step in and offer other solutions here, open  your mind up to other options!)
