Good morning mono babes! Happy Tuesday, I wanted to keep the tarot Tuesdays going and thought about sharing an ancestral healing spread I created a few months ago. This is one spread of many that we can dive into while in our journey of working with our ancestors and healing any traumas we can that lie within ourselves and our ancestors.
This healing is beneficial in a TON of ways, when we help venerate and heal our ancestors not only are they able to more easily assist you spiritually but it genuinely gives you and your living family a better push and more opportunities for your lives as you move forward.
As always use any divination tools you would like, you can even just meditate on each question and journal if you would like. However these questions fit into your practice with your ancestors is perfect, pull them in any order you would like and make sure to record the answers so you can reference back as we continue this healing!
Card 1: Where is the next area that my ancestors want me to assist with healing our familiar line? (Here you can ask if it's emotional, health, money, limitations ect)
Card 2:What areas in my life should I be more forgiving of myself and my ancestors past traumas, where can I hold more kindness for myself and my lineage?
Card 3: What emotions am I currently carrying from my ancestors trauma that I should cleanse from myself and our line in order to move on and past that trauma better?
Card 4: What aspects of my personality do I carry on in this life, that my ancestors also had?
Card 5:Are there any unspoken secrets my ancestors want to unveil to me during this period of healing?
