Thank you so much for letting me go through all my emotions once more. I like EVERYONE else is a season 3 fan. Season 3 woke me up. Before I had severe social anxiety, sometimes it could go 2-3 weeks With me not leaving my house. But Isak woke we, life is now he said, stop Living fake ...... And I did, I started travelling to Oslo without my husband, Met so many skam friends, created a friendbase for life. I am not scared of anything anymore. All to skam .... I agree With you, its the Best show, its intense, but it also lets you live in the moment of pain, of shame ... I love the slow scenes, the scenes were we are the audience get to feel.

It's really good and the episodes are all like 20 minutes long, only one season and I've only seen one episode so far myself, but I already love it. You should check out what it's about and maybe react to it? :) I think it's on Netflix

Thank you so much for your wonderful reactions, Joe! What a ride!! You didn’t comment on the show breaking the 4th wall there at the end, filming the scenes through a screen (imitating our POV)? I absolutely loved how they showed all these comments (and also some of the hate) from fans in the season. That really got to me, especially as I recognized the “Crying because I am Vilde”-comment from one of the FB groups that I’d just commented on a few days earlier. I can’t believe the creators did that, it’s amazing. And hopefully it got to some of the hateful commentors as well. On that note, thank you for making me want to try to understand William too. I didn’t exactly hate him before, but I didn’t particularly like him either and now I do (and I know other fans have had the same experience watching your reactions) so in a way your videos are part of this beautiful butterfly effect that SKAM started 🦋 Fear spreads, but fortunately love does too ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

It starts of as a black comedy and then it becomes very character-driven and intelligent, I think. For me it ranks as high as SKAM, but maybe it doesn't translate that well. Don't know.

( - Grrr! Why does this site always eat my comments?! Reposting - ) I think what I love best about this finale is that it doesn’t feel like “The End”. This show has done such a wonderful job of evincing real, varied, flawed, natural, authentic, true to life, vivid characters, across the board, that it can’t actually be over, because their world is still our world. I can’t really miss it when it feels like they’re all still out there living their lives, we just can’t see it anymore. Which is both heartbreaking and so, so beautiful to me. I find myself wondering whether Isak and Even had fun in Morocco, and where they travelled. And if William joined the kollektivet, and how he’s getting on now that he’s been cut off by his father. And how things are for Yousef and Sana now he’s back from Turkey, and how the Girl Squad’s russ preparations are going, etc, etc. I never thought a show about Norwegian teenagers would, or could, affect me so profoundly. Particularly as I’m so much older than the target audience! I’m actually jealous that there was nothing like this around when I was a struggling 15-16 year old!

Tl;dr Warning - I also want to say, on a personal note, thank you Joe for your staunch, unwavering support of both William and Noora’s relationship and William himself. When I started watching Skam I didn’t really expect to relate to any of the characters, and I never imagined that after watching all four seasons, the character I would most strongly identify with, would be William. His body language, defence mechanisms, micro expressions, reactions, relationships, and even background, were all so uncomfortably familiar to me while watching that I hated him straight away and almost gave up on the show. I’m so glad I didn’t, because seeing him start to open up, trust, fight his behaviours, impulses and past, and earn the love of a person as amazing as Noora Amalie Sætre, was something of a revelation to me. As strange as it was to see myself manifested in a Norwegian teenage boy, it also gave me, previously elusive, hope for myself and my future. Then I went online to see other people’s thoughts about the show and discovered the sheer hatred and vitriol directed towards William, - and by association, reaffirmed all the worst thoughts and feelings I’ve always had about myself - and I sank into a pretty deep depression. Then I found JayPerView’s fantastic Skam reactions, and through him, yours. The kindness, empathy, compassion, and thoughtfulness you have both showed, has restored my hope. I was too shy to thank Jay directly at the time, but I wanted to let you know the “butterfly” effect your words, actions and videos have had on me. Thank you so much, Joe (and Jay). Thank you, thank you, thank you!

this is one of the best finales I've ever seen and I got teary rewatching it with you. My rankings for the seasons: 3, 2, 4, 1. I go back and forth on the order of 2 and 4...because I love sana, yousef and the series finale, but some of the bus stuff in season 4 was just not as interesting to me, but the whole show is amazing, so its really not fair of me to rank amazing, with slightly more amazing lol

my ranking from favorite to least favorite season is: season 3, season 2, season 1, and season 4. I wanna say 4 before 1 but that would only be because of the finale and i feel like it wouldn't be fair to do that, since the finale isn't even part of season 4 tbh, it's kind of a wrap up episode. I love how they did the ending, it was so beautiful the way they made it from our view. It made me tear up. I really wanted a season for Vilde, Jonas and Penetrator Chris.

I love SKAM, and I´ve really enjoyed watching it again with you.. SKAM (and a Norwegian rap duo called Karpe Diem) has changed my life, in the way that I truly want to, and am activly trying to become a better human being. To judge less, to be more open, to really see the people around me.. Before, I usually thought about what can I get out of this / from others, and I was a bit selfish.. Now I think more about what I can do for other people. As Jonas mentions in the ending speeach.. Your actions can have an effekt on the world tomorrow, and I now believe that if we all try to put at least one positive action out in the world as often as we can, the world is hopefully going to be a better place in the future. A Pay It Foreward kind of thing.. And if we all focus on this, then maybe, just maybe, we can even overthrow Donald Trump.. All is love, and Love trumps hate! Thank you 💜💙💚💛❤️

I love, love, love how SKAM makes time for the small, but important stuff. I think I have seen the Vilde/Chris scene 20 times now and Vildes acting and expression still makes my spine tingle. Loved it. The only flaw is that Mahdi didn't get a clip. I always thought he was the most mature of the boy squad, and also the most loyal friend. He was also the quiet guy in the group---so quiet the show forget to give him a damn clip! But other than that I loved it. I was so freaking happy to see Jonas and Eva back together. And I actually think Emma and P Chris are perfect for each other. He needs someone to keep his wild ass in line, and I think she can do it. LOL

I cried yet again. Will there ever be a time when I don't get this emotional over Skam? I don't think so. I won't write a long love letter, I feel too tired and sad that it's over again. These reactions keep Skam alive a little longer and I don't think I'll ever be able to let it go, like everyone else here. I'm so happy how it ended and that we got our Eva and Jonas back, and it was especially difficult to see the screen, still is, during their reunion and Vilde with Chris. It's 00.35, I'm drained and I need sleep, it's been too many sleepless nights over this show :') Jeg vil bare si takk for alt, Joe! It has been a journey and I don't know what to say. So sad to see it end again. What a show, what a ride. I watched it live when season 2 was airing, so it's been quite a rollercoaster. Some fun things of this finale, extra content wise (i'm pretty sure you're aware of the real-time thing + texts etc). In the finale week, every day was a mystery. No one knew what character would have a clip and extra content that day. Sometimes a day would start out with a text, and everyone would be guessing who that text belonged to since that character would then get a clip. On Jonas' "day", it was revealed through a text with Eva that they slept together the week before the Eid party. The hints for Eva & Jonas were in the extra content, but not really that noticeable in purely the clips. So it was fun to see you being surprised by it. William also got cut off financially by his dad for not returning to London, but he didn't care since he's with Noora :) Anyway, thanks for your honest and great reactions! It was fun to relive the show through them.
