Venus Day Beauty Tea And Spell

Good afternoon moon babes! Happy Venus day to you all! Today I wanted to share another kitchen witchcraft recipe and spell I created for Aphrodite’s day that is all about beauty and glamour.

Today I have completed one of my Venus day rituals that I will share online a little bit later. I am planning on taking a ritual bath and drinking this Beauty Tea blend while I soak in that bath. For this if you do not want to or do not feel comfortable calling Aphrodite down for this you do not need to at all. Like all of my other spells you can 100% change the wording for this spell to fit your own personal craft / leave out her name entirely or replace it for another spirit/ deity you work with.

When To Cast:

Anytime on a Friday, Aphrodites / Venus’s Day

What You'll Need:

-Tea Cup

-Rose Water (culinary grade) - you can replace this with actual roses if you do not have any.

-Brown Sugar - To sweeten your work and others to your beauty

-Cinnamon - To boost the potency of the spell, add lust, and glamour to your spell

-Strawberry leaves -

-Hibiscus - Is an aphrodisiac, love, youth, beauty

-Damiana - For Attraction, happyness, sexual passion, euphoria

-Catnip - For glamour, attraction, playfulness, enchanting, beauty, love

-Fennel - For confidence, love, strength,

-Jasmine - Love, confidence, aphrodisiac

-Tea bag or strainer

-Spoon

-Kettle or pot to boil water

How To Cast:

Cleanse your space, your tools, and yourself. If you would like to leave offerings to Aphrodite then do so before you start this spell. If you would like to prep your hands before this working do so with some of your rose water! If you would like to write a petition for the specific  things related to your beauty you’d like this spell to bring write it down on your petition paper, sprinkle some cinnamon onto the paper, fold towards yourself then burn.Take all of the ash from the petition paper and blow it out into the wind, then start this spell and drink your tea.

Head to your kitchen and begin gathering all of your tools, pray with the running clean water as you fill either your kettle or pan up with water. Pray that the water aids in bringing you a more seductive, sensual, silky energy. Once your kettle/pot is filled up, place it onto your burner and turn your stove up. As your water heats up, use that element of heat to do the same to your spell. “Heating” up the passion and sensuality.

Now that you are heating up your water, begin working with your herbs. You will want to activate each herb before placing them into your tea bag or tea strainer. Spend time with the herbs either between your hands visualizing the above intentions for each herb, willing them to aid in the manifestation of your working today. Once each herb has been activated and the appropriate energy has been added into each other's place them into your tea bag. Add the brown sugar ( or sweetener of your choice ) into the tea bag last.

Once all tea herbs and components have been added to your tea it is time to splash a little bit of the rose water into your tea cup, I like adding this to the bottom of my glass before the hot water is poured over, it incorporates into the tea really beautifully.

Once your water is boiled, start to pour the water into your cup over your tea bag. While you are pouring the water in, begin the spell below. You'll recite this one time while the water is being added, then take your spoon and as your tea bag is steeping stir the tea clockwise and recite the spell 4 more times, totalling the spell at 5 times. Allow your tea to steep for a good 5 minutes and enjoy,

Witches Notes:

Fennel is a strong herb in teas, if you do not like the taste too much or do not want it to overpower the flavor of your tea only add a few little sprigs of it to your tea.

The same thing goes for the rose water, this can add a pretty floral note into your tea, one that I personally love but add as much of this water as you personally like.
