Good afternoon moon babes. It's a post 2 Patreon posts in 1 day type of day! The July full moon peaked on July 13 2022 5 AM EDT. This full moon is commonly known as the thunder moon or buck moon. The July full moon is often referred to as the thunder moon because this is the time of year when the time for thunderstorms is at its peak. It can also be referred to as the buck moon, because around this time of year is when buck antlers are at full growth!

Bucks shed and regrow their antlers every year making this a great time to focus on regrowth and rebirth. This full moon is the final supermoon of the year and will also be the closest to earth making this full moon the biggest and brightest of the year!

This celestial is also the first full moon of the summer and also marks the halfway point of the year! This makes it a great time to reflect on the first half of the year and look ahead at your plans for the second half of the year.

This full moon will take place in the grounded sign of Capricorn. This will bring in a great sense of stability and is a great time to focus on your career.
