🔮Creating Protection Oil!🔮

Good morning moon babes! Today I wanted to share a simple recipe for protection oil! I have been releasing a ton of oils recently on my shop and have been getting really amazing feedback, so I thought it would be fun to share a little bit of my process with you guys!

*Please note this is not the exact recipe of the Protection Oil / Protection Anointing Oil / Protection Spell Oil from my shop. But this post is a perfect base for you guys to start with, like all of my spells/ recipes I encourage you all to add and change things to best fit your practice and needs!*

I personally like to make a blend of oils for my base but for this recipe we can use something that everyone normally has in their home, Olive Oil!

Olive oil is perfect for workings involving peace, protection, love, fidelity, and love. I personally used it exclusively in my oils for YEARS and loved the way it performed overall, I like using extra virgin olive oil in oils I know i'll be using on my skin.

**PLEASE make sure to check and double-check the herbs, oils, and essential oils/ fragrance oils that you'll be using to make sure everything is skin safe! If you have sensitive skin please test the oil on a patch of your skin before using it all over!**

For this oil you'll want a glass jar with a lid, your olive oil/ oil of choice, and herbs of choice!

Herbs I recommend:

-Sage

-Frankincense

-Rosemary

-Black pepper

-Fennel

-Bay leaf

-Clove

-Peppermint

-Basil

-Thyme

-Marjoram

-The list goes on, use any other herb you find particularly protective!

From here you will want to cleanse yourself and space, cast your circle, call in whoever/ whatever you might like or be working with for this oil and cleanse all of your items! Make sure to activate all of your herbs for their specific intent before you place them into your jar. The ratio is completely up to you, in my personal practice I like to let my ancestors tell me how much of each herb I need!

Lastly, once your herbs have been activate and placed into your jar you are going pour the olive oil into the jar and place the lid over the Jar. Start slowly shaking or turning your jar over and over to slowly start to stir everything together. Push as much energy as you'd like into the oil as you do are doing this step. I you would like to pray, make your own spell, chant, invocation, or wold like to make and activate a sigil and add it to the top or bottom of your jar now is the perfect time to do so!

Once your oil and spell is complete you need to let your oil sit in a shaded cool place for two weeks! Every day you should re-mix/shake your jar, while you are doing this remember your original intent/prayer and further push that into your oil mixture! After two weeks you can strain your oil, or keep everything as is and use it!
