✨Kitchen Witchcraft Stovetop Recipe - Peace ✨

Good afternoon moon babes! Today is a bit rough, lol in reality the past year has been rough, so I wanted to create and share a stovetop recipe that is crafted to bring a bit more peace into your home.

I personally do not normally use written spells when doing this kind of kitchen witchcraft. Instead I will spend time with each herb/element and make sure to activate the herb for what I want to use it for in the spell. To do this I will make sure my space and myself is fully cleansed, ( you can cast a circle or protect yours as you'd like) and hold each item between my hands. I do this one at a time, making sure to really push energy and intent into each and every ingredient before placing it into the pot.

What you will need:

Lemon balm, Chamomile, Lavender, Ground Sage, Rosemary, peppermint, and sun water!

What you'll need!

Lemon balm: for happiness, love, peace, tranquility, and to release things that are no longer serving you.

Chamomile: For peace, aid in adding calming energy into your space, gentle cleansing of your space, aid in a restful nights sleep, and to calm your worries.

Lavender: For peace, calming aid, restful nights sleep, is a gentle protection aid, gentle purification aid, and longevity.

Ground Sage: To purify any negative energies within you or your space,

Rosemary: For protection, mental grounding, healing, sleep aid, purification, and cleansing.

Peppermint: For healing, protection, purification, love, and overall sleep aid.

Sun Water: This is RARE for me lol, normally I would strictly use moon water but because we want to raise the vibrations and energies in your house I snatched my sun water!

I chose these herbs because they are what I have on hand and correlate with my personal problems when I am feeling a bit anxious around my home. For me getting sleep is REALLY important because I never sleep, so a lot of the herbs listed aid in that, please feel free to add and take away anything to make this perfect for you!
