Good morning ✨ I can not smoke but I ingested with you 😂✨. I love your oracles reading honestly. I need to get better with working with my ancestor (I recently try to do some genealogy research and that helped but yeah). Also I am curious, do you have specific spells/ritual/meditation you do for shadow work? I use therapy and long tarot spread for mine but I’m always looking for more stuff to incorporate in the routine.
