Patreon "Girl of the Month" changes

I'm going to do voting through Discord now, as it makes it a lot easier to keep track of things, basically Netrunners and above can post their ideas for what they want me to draw - I put the idea on a wheel (1-4 times depending on what tier you are) and spin it, 3 winners are picked, and people can then vote for which idea they want out of the 3.
