Frantic Live's 1st Birthday - A status update!
Added 2019-04-03 16:06:18 +0000 UTCA year ago today I launched Frantic Live on tapas and its own website. It's hard to tell how many have read it but it currently sits at 612 subscribers on tapas!
As for books, I have sold about 150 so far. An English version will be available at my next big conventions (and online).
I marathoned the pages last year, and it looks like the situation might be similar this year. But I will not rush in order to get the book done for Dokomi or Comic Con Germany (both in June).
There will be adjustments to the lettering and coloring style, so I hope I manage to pull it off well.
The lack of new pages can be attributed to low motivation but also a mixture of other work I had to do: Book covers, commissions, convention prep. For Frantic Live I really need to get my head into it and it's hard when my to-do list keeps looming over me with 30 other things!
The book fair in Leipzig was very successful for me, so for now I am able to step back from commissions for a bit to get work on this comic done. I hope to present new pages during this month!
I want to thank you all again for the continued support and patience while I work on my little story. The past year has been incredible and I can't wait to publish another book this year. ♥
