And in other news, I have started hormone replacement therapy. Things have been slow because I had a bunch of appointments. I'm already feeling better despite only being on T for two days, so I hope my phase of neverending fatigue comes to an end now (I honestly think it was depression which mostly has physical symptoms for me).
