(Tutorial?) Accidentally awesome painting technique + Brush

Sometimes you mess around and something amazing happens.
I also included my default painting brush (for Clip Studio Paint / Manga Studio) as an attachment.
Sketch was done using the default textured pen with stabilization at 10
