Sure, that's because she spends so much time that way, but I alway wonder about it when she is in these kind of altercations. There are so many soft, vulernable surfaces that she has exposed -not just the obvious ones! I think about her getting her feet stomped on, for example. I know it spoils the aesthetic, but I wish she had put on some shoes so that she could kick and stomp more effectively!
