Hello! Thank you so much for your support! When I strum the guitar, I use the power of my wrist rotation to string the guitar. The rotation of the wrist is very similar to the movement of turning a doorknob, for example. I think that if you relax your wrist and imagine turning a doorknob when strumming, you can play smoothly without straining your wrist:) (I'm sorry, this explanation may be a little difficult to understand with just words..)
