Brian May plays using a coin as a pick. So, if you use a hard pick, you can get a similar sound to his:)
Also, if you pick deep against the strings, it will sound like his sound I think:)
Also, the guitar solo in this song has his unique rhythmic feeling. It is difficult to describe it in the score, but I tried to play it as close as possible:)
