This was the first set I shot with Aphrodita on 18 June and it was done using natural light. It was the first time I used my new Canon RF50mm f1.8 STM lens in conjunction with the mirrorless Canon R6 Mark II. I was please by the performance of the lens. One advantage over the zoom RF24-105mm f4.0 lens is that I could open the aperture to f2.8 - which is what I used to shoot this set. For once, I actually over-exposed slightly - by one third of a stop. I felt that as Marrina was surrounded by white reflective surfaces and bright backlight in some shots, she would turn out to be too dark. I think it has worked well. However, as always I would love to hear what you think!
