Thank you! I appreciate that! One of the big things I've learned as I've gone along is that adding more dark/light contrast to your colors always helps; darker shadows and brighter highlights makes everything stand out more and catch the eye better. I haven't made any kind of tutorials recently, but I do have a few process videos on my Youtube channel if that would be helpful: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCu4EdJxjqm2PzmEZS46KGxA

Your skin tones are always fantastic. Any tips for someone still trying to work it out?

Thank you! I appreciate that! The Hora Incerta image was originally designed to be a book cover style image, with the idea that it would be a wraparound front and back cover. I'm glad to hear you like it, and that you're using it!

My first thought was, she looks pissed; then I checked the new page. It's great when you can convey the feeling in a small portion of the image. That's great Sean. On a separate not, I visited your gallery on deviant art a couple of days ago. I was really impressed with the hora_incerta . . . . image. Most of my desktop images are Hubble nebulae, supernova remnants, or images taken by space craft as they've flown by Saturn, Jupiter, Neptune, Pluto, etc. I love the image so I added it to the cycle of desktop backgrounds. I have six screens connected to 3 machines that run continuously so it pops up frequently. It would make a great book cover for the right story.
