As for the MCU timeline, if you are watching in chronological release date order, you can safely assume you are watching in real time and everything is happening in the "present." So the events of Ant-Man happened after Age of Ultron (they even mentioned "dropping a city"). And Age of Ultron happened after Winter Soldier. Event of Captain America Civil War will happen after Ant-man. By the way, the Peggy Carter flashback happened in the year 1989 as indicated.

Mostly because it also involves intermixing episodes from TV series I guess and not just the movies. It ends up being a bit complex. But you can check Wikipedia as a start I guess. You stream "Ant-Man" while syncing Stef's reaction video in a separate window. This way you see and hear Stef's reactions that coincide with what happens in your copy of the streaming movie. What Stef and other reaction content creators upload to YouTube are heavily edited, showing only snippets of the movie or TV show. That's all they can show you otherwise YouTube rejects the upload and they have to re-edit the video again to avoid copyright infringement. For Patreon uploads of full-length watchalong reaction videos, the movie is heavily blurred and the audio is muted. That's the only way that full-length reactions can be uploaded to Patreon while avoiding copyright issues. You must supply your own copy of the movie or TV show by streaming or disc playback of DVD/Blu-ray.
