Not much to backfill for you on this episode: - The Mountain seems to be under the directive of Tywin Lannister and is raiding Cat's homeland. - Bronn originally showed up in the inn when Cat grabbed up Tyrion. He survived the attack on the road before the group made it to the Eyrie. Tyrion was just as surprised as everyone else that Bronn decided to fight for him in the Trial By Combat, but it was an interesting surprise. - Ned is finally starting to realize that Robert's children (including his bastards) are black of hair, and Joffrey is blonde. Jon Arryn found the same thing out. So right now, we can assume he was killed by the Lannisters. Remember, Ser Hugh was Jon's squire until shortly after Jon's death. He suddenly was able to afford armor and such and then was just as suddenly killed by the Mountain in the tournament. They wrapped that up with a nice golden bow didn't they?

Getting late and I need to get some sleep for work tomorrow but wanted to mention something. Just wanted to say you are catching most everything you are meant to understand with each episode. The story was written in such a way as to keep you wondering about many things. They want you itching to jump into the next episode and they do that well. Don't worry too much about not commenting through the episodes, your expressions say quite a lot.
