Anka HB Glam - studio lighting

My lighting set up for this set was a fully professional studio set up which one of my regular photographer visitors left behind for one week (he shot with Anka last week and at the time of writing this he is shooting with Ellie Mae).
Photography technique:
It was the first time I used a full studio lighting set up and I must admit I liked it, although it did take too much space in my front room, so I can’t have it as a regular fixture. I only used the flash on quarter power so that it’s not at all obvious I am using flash. The double diffuser inside is clearly making the light very soft and without shadows on the wall, which I like as it’s not at all obvious I’m using flash. The main advantage of this lighting set up is that it allows me to make the images super glam - I set the aperture on f8 and ISO 100, and I could still have shutter speed 1/200 sec, so everything is sharply focused and there’s no blurring anywhere on Anka’s body. I was using my new Canon EOS R6 with the RF 24-105mm f4 zoom lens, but tried to keep the zoom close to 50mm to avoid distortion. With hindsight I could have used my EF 50mm f1.4 lens, which is a prime lens - as I have a mount adapter.
