My best ever body scapes - thanks to Georgia Brown

It doesn’t get more artistic nude than this, I don‘t think. Georgia’s slender body is perfectly suited for this genre and her poses were phenomenal. I have never seen anything better than this, in terms of bodyscape poses.

Georgia’s lighting expertise came in very handy - Georgia is a good photographer herself and has been helping various studios and photographers with the lighting set up. So, we first made sure that the room was very dark and that the images without any lighting would be completely black. Then we used the Rotolight without the diffuser above the model. We initially had it on full intensity and that was too much so we reduced it to 50%.

All camera settings were on manual, including focus, as the autofocus on many cameras cannot cope in low light conditions. I used ISO 400, shutter speed 1/125 and aperture f5.6.

The only thing I regret is not using a higher aperture - i would rather have the whole body in focus, wouldn’t you? For that I would probably have needed light intensity to be higher, possibly around 75%. It’s worth trying. Not sure if I’ll have another model as good as Georgia, however, so this may have to wait until Georgias next visit, scheduled for the end of June.
