I'd later learn one of her favorite pastimes was eating 1/4oz. of shrooms and riding the El/Subway from the Loop to O'Hare and back once a month. If she hadn't been thrown out for causing a disturbance, she'd ride it to Noyes or even Oak Park (the stops between Loop and Oak Park were terrifying from my memory - all 'hood, no good). I asked her if she ever got messed with so late at night and she confidently quipped, "when I'm nervous, I can puke on command!"
The events I'm recounting are true, my only regret being my teen romances often ran like some lowbrow, "Aku no Hana" type manga plot unsuitable for publication beyond doujin circles.
"Sure, you can have a chuuni-pocha GF, but she's gonna be crazy to 11!"
