Rafy - the white challenge
Added 2023-08-24 08:00:03 +0000 UTCWhite is rarely my first choice for many reasons - not just the virginal connotations but also the photographic challenges it comes with, e.g. getting the exposure right when it’s set against white bedding can be tricky.
I did however like the idea of the contrast between the white lingerie and Rafy’s tanned body and I must say I adore those derrière images on the landing.
My landing is great as a setting for model photography but has its own lighting and exposure challenges as there are there different sources of natural light which can make parts of the image over exposed. So I closed the doors and experimented with two different exposure settings, I’ve added screenshots with the technical details on those photos, I’d love to hear which of the two do you prefer? The under exposed one (-0.7) or the one with correct exposure?
