I'm still reading your exit surveys. I know it's hard for some of you, but please try to be civil. Pledging to tell me my work sucks and isn't worth your money doesn't communicate anything valid to me.
There are a number of artists doing fat CG erotica in ways that I consider superior or at least refreshingly different. This isn't and could never be my main gig, so I scale my effort accordingly. I create what I'm inspired to create with a limited amount of time and resources, and those limits fluctuate unpredictably at times.
I've been getting a lot of "I was overcharged" on exit surveys. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before you are rebilled, and Patreon has control over the currency exchange rates and sales tax. These are the only instances I can think of where a reasonable person might think they've been overcharged. Complaining to PayPal has led to a number of temporary account suspensions when I needed access.
I have a no refunds policy for a good reason - you get access to content as soon as your payment goes through, possibly sooner. PayPal has yet to require me to give money back to anyone. Still, the PayPal lockouts have caused me some additional financial stress lately, and is part of the reason I would never depend on this as anything other than supplemental income.
Money is a grave concern for me right now, and I'm still working reduced hours at my main job. I am pleading with everyone here now to please stay on as Patrons for at least the next few months so I can get things under control sooner.
