September 2020 Expanimation in Progress
Added 2020-09-18 23:51:57 +0000 UTCI'm about halfway through animating the new clip. Background and lighting are subject to change.
Sep. 24: Rendering is 62% done, and I'm shutting down the rather warm PC to let it rest.
It takes 90 minutes to render one second (30 frames) of animation at this quality. Add another character or a decorated environment and it's 2-3 hours for every second. I'm hoping the Z600/NVIDIA 1080ti towers I plan to buy speed renders up.
