My Limassol

I grew up in Limassol in the 1960s and 1970s and although it’s a very different and cosmopolitan city nowadays, I still feel it as my home town. I went for a long walk yesterday and ended up having a Greek kebab at a Greek style fast food place, in the old harbour area, which is now a place where people gather in the evenings. There’s even an open theatre there and there was a comedy performance by some local actors, two of whom are from my time, and still look the same as in the oden days, Costas Vichas and George Zenios (just trying to impress you with my memory!). All in all, a lovely solo evening in Limassol old town.
