A "companion dog" is a dog that don't have any "job" to do, that is just there to be around people. It would describe their close relationship and carefree nature while also being a bit of a play on words.

Page 1 - in the middle panel, you could say something along the lines of "these two are infamous in the town for being naughty (bad)" Page 2 looks fine to me! Page 3 - Panel 3, it might be clearer to say "wonder where all of that freaking energy comes from..." Page 4 - Panel 2, you could change it to "What?? It was a small mistake!" and "Look closely at the lid..."
