Lemesos mou (my Limassol)
Added 2022-05-15 08:06:57 +0000 UTCI do love shooting in the streets of old town Limassol! It’s my Limassol - it has changed little since I was a kid, although parts of it are now pedestrianised. In case I never said it before, I was born and grew up in Limassol and although I lived more years of my life in England, I still have a big soft spot for Limassol, especially the old town centre. I do also love the new parts of Limassol - the Limassol marina, for example, with the luxury yachts and nice restaurants, it’s not just a playground for the rich - in the evenings it’s full of young people from alll walks of life. If anything, some of the restaurants and cafes are what you’d also find on Uk high streets eg Costa coffee and Wagamama.
To cut a long story short, I thought Grace captured the essence of the old town and Amber was perfect in the marina - it was probably the funky sunglasses that did it! What do you think?
