I can’t figure out if it’s a corpse or not, after rewatching that scene if it’s not a corpse, the grey skin pigmentation might mean it’s a doll to look like Anastasia. And the mother has just gone mad

The ending really threw me, too. I can't figure out how they could treat their own daughter like that. Mio said they were crying with joy when she was born, but could it have been tears of hate or sadness? Maybe the older sister wasn't real, like a doll or something. That red hair is a unique trait. I'm thinking we need to know more about her grandma. Maybe grandma had her mother/father with someone outside of the family, and they didn't want it known, that's why she was single. She seems like a very knowledgeable person, which makes me think maybe some of those outside traits skipped a generation. The fact that her sister introduced her to the cat book makes me think there was Ipsandros influence there. But why, where did they come from? Anyways, I'm just rambling. I love this show, it's so much fun to watch! I love that she looked at that letter and was like my dad is full of shit, LOL! I'm curious where this will go with Mio. If Anastasia is still somehow alive, will that nullify the betrothal since he technically proposed to the older sister? UG... This was a really good episode. I was smiling and crying with you! I love that he's found a new family and a strength that she didn't know was inside her. Even if she has to go back to the family, I don't think she'll let them treat her the same. She'll stand up for herself. I adored her and her mom-in-law's bonding. That was so cute! This is such a sweet romance. I know I say it every week, but I really do just love this show! I am bummed we didn't get a water magician this week, though! :( Oh well, next week! :) See you then!
