Not only did Philia send Mia the Recipe for the Medicine (that the Aphotecary threw out under Order of Julius) she even made improvments to it after finding a Plant in Parnacorta that makes the Medicine even more effective. According to the LN, she made the improved Medicine first as a Test batch and gave them to the Aphotecarys in Parnacorta who tested them on Patients who had the same Symptoms as Girtonias King (it was apparently from a Epidemic that went around a few Years before the Story started) which left People with aftereffects like weakend Constitution, coughing fits etc. And this new improved Medicine actually helped those Patients recover to 100% from those after effects. Also, most of the older Children (nearly all Adults themself) who had Parents from the Pro Julius Faction actually "betrayed" you could say their Parents by collecting all the Evidence they could find like Documents, Letters their Parents exchanged etc about the Assasination Plot and other Things to expose all their wrongdoings and gave it to the King. Both to save their Kingdom and to get off without getting punished.
