Let's Discuss What Comes Next..

Hey! Long time no see. I wanted to take the time to discuss a few changes that are coming up.

If you guys didn't know I've been away recently handling a lot of really rough family issues. I've spent minimal time in home in the last week and even less time sleeping. I'm fine now. Things have calmed down a bit for now, but this past week was quite hectic and emotionally taxing. That said- I haven't had time to work on anything for Lykaia. (Or to work on anything at all truthfully. I've had to take off work too.) Therefore, there'll be no new episode coming in September. I have no desire to put out a rushed episode just to meet a deadline, so the next episode will be postponed until October. Due to that I've gone ahead and paused the billing cycle for the next month. I may still put out content during that time, but you won't be charged for it.

Regarding the next episode, I've decided it will be the last of the season. I'd prefer not to push the season's end to November, so some time in October will be it for season 3. As of now, I am planning to do a movie-like episode for the last episode. I want to combine episodes 21 and 22, so we address everything we need to and wrap things in a tight bow. Along the way I'll be posting plenty of clips and photos from the episode. I'll even share a bit about the episode openly on Tumblr for those of you who just can't wait lol. I haven't worked on much of it yet as of now though so bear with me! You'll have to wait a little bit for me to work on the script. I have a few scenes done, but nothing is concrete yet. I usually change things up a few times.

Once season 3 ends in October that will be it for the main story of Lykaia using TS4. (And the end of YouTube episodes!) Season 3 is not necessarily the series' end, but there won't be any official episodes posted from then on. Because I truly adore the community I've built here and am in no way ready to walk away just yet- we will continue with Patreon-only episodes of Lykaia; however, they won't be the hour-long episodes we've gotten used to. Instead I'll be posting a scene or more a month. That way I can focus on the couples and storylines that interest me (and all of you.) the most instead of checking in with every couple every episode. Our main series will be starting anew using Blender! It will take me a long-while to develop it. I'll be crafting my own scenes, character models, etc. The entire story will be redone and we'll start from the beginning of the series once more. While there may be some similarities, we're really changing the story a lot. As I work on it I plan on sharing a lot of behind-the -scenes content, livestreams, etc. I always love the feedback and comments you all leave, so I'll need your help once more to redo the series! As of now I have no projected launch date, but know it will be far off into the future. To keep things neat I plan on having free episodes and locked 18+ episodes in one space. With everything going on with YouTube I am so ready to be done with the platform once season 3 wraps.
