Brooklyn's Apartment, A Fully Furnished Build
Added 2025-01-04 21:09:50 +0000 UTCI recently built this apartment for my simself to move into and I figured I'd share it! This is more of an informal post. I didn't feel like making a bunch of assets for it. Here's what you get and what you need.
2 bed, 2.5 bath. The second bedroom has been converted into an office space. There's a balcony for outdoor space and laundry included in the unit. The file is about 3.8 gb. All cc included, so thank you to all the cc creators! It's built on the 20x15 lot in Ciudad Enamorada. Uses some stuff from City Living, the elevators and mailbox. Uses some stuff for For Rent. Also uses the Laundry Day Pack. A couple thinggs from Cats & Dogs because she has a dog. Just about all of these you can go without. You'll be fine if you don't have one of the packs. Just a few objects would be missing, but that can be easily replaced. It is cc heavy. Some items may be high poly. I also included a couple of things I've made for Margot and never got around to officially releasing. It is playtested; however, I would change the stovetop out since it only functions as an oven. The flower pots on the balcony can be moved around, so your sim can reach them more easily. That's about it.
