Arkady Comic Pt 1

He's the local doctor for a small rural town, with his partner Kolton, who is a surgeon (and the town mortician)
Arkady was researching a serum to help aid in cell recovery and healing of minor wounds. He was definitely not expecting some of the side effects that came with it....
