Gregorius' punishment poll, part 1

So here is the situation: Fate finally caught up with the one of miscreants that treated Leviathan with disrespect. For a more extensive recap, see attached files.
Now it's up to you to help decide the punishment. Choose between the options below. If you have additional ideas on how to tweak the scenarios you can voice them too and I'll see what can be done.
In either case you can rest assured that they won't get off lightly.

Well I mostly considered it meaning "long term", but that's an interesting idea. We'll see if I can implement it somehow!
